We like to keep things simple. We provide the location. You choose your food, flowers, alcohol, tent, music, etc.
Size: From 2 to 50.
A) 2 HOURS for $400
B) 4 HOURS for $600
C) 6 HOURS for $800
D) 8 HOURS for $1000
All time options include an hour before and an hour after for your same day set up and clean up.
A beautiful simple wooden arbor that stands alone, or you can decorate it with flowers, vines, candles, fabric, etc. Whatever your heart desires;
Two golf carts to shuttle your guests;
An indoor dining/party room with mountain views;
An outdoor fire pit with plenty of room for your guests to sit under the stars, and we provide a limited amount of wood;
A digital projector;
A live music amp;
Plenty of space to roam and enjoy a little privacy, plus lots of great photo opps;
Hammocks in the trees and picnic tables; and
Parking for about 40 cars.

If you're in the market for a live band, consider The Big Deal Band, who are pretty fabulous and play weddings, private events, breweries, and other venues around Western North Carolina. They have quite a following and folks love them. They are awesome at weddings. You are welcome to book them for your wedding event - but there's no obligation. Visit their website for more info.
We are a DIY venue. You arrange for your own catering and food, beverages, tents, tables, chairs, flowers, decorations, extra firewood, and whatever else you need. You are also responsible for set up and clean up of the buildings, room, and venue property. We hold an extra security deposit of $500 until 48 hours after your event to ensure the property is damage free and clean.
